Under the terms of the agreement and based on the closing price of PUNNX, Thunderbot3000 owners would receive a total of $40M for the full rights of Captain Brgy. Captain.

This transaction combines PUNNX’s strong brand and world-renowned characters of Capt. Brgy. Captain: “Mighty T”, “Hogan” and “Bakal Boy” to name a few. The owners of Thunderbot 3000 have done an impressive job in nurturing these properties over the years and have created a significant value. It truly is a great asset for PUNNX to introduce these characters as their property.
